I don’t claim to have all the answers but I do believe in asking the right questions, listening to our own wisdom, and embracing change with courage and grace. My goal? I started sharing my journey after losing over 80 pounds—not just because of the physical change, but because of everything it taught me about strength, self-worth, and starting over. For years, I felt stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from my own body. But step by step, I rebuilt my habits, mindset, and relationship with myself. Now, I write to encourage other women who are ready to make a change—whether it’s losing weight, reclaiming confidence, or simply believing they’re worth the effort. I don’t believe in quick fixes or shame-based advice. I believe in honesty, grace, and small steps that lead to big shifts. My goal? To create a space where women feel empowered, supported, and reminded that it’s never too late to become who you want to be—inside and out.
